You’ll Never Know Until You Post…
Look, I know it’s daunting. I know you have a high standard you want to set for yourself straight out the gate. But here’s the truth—and yeah, maybe it’s annoying because every motivational content creator (and now me) keeps screaming it…
You have to start posting. Now.
No one truly learns without actually doing it—and getting an actual feel for it.
This applies to everything. You can read 1,000 books on how to do a push-up, but that alone won’t make you stronger.
Speaking of push-ups, let me borrow an analogy from Dan Lok—the Push-Up Analogy.
If someone told you to drop down and do one push-up right now, you’d be surprised at how many thoughts would flood your mind trying to stop you:
💭 “The floor is too dirty.”
💭 “I already worked out today.”
💭 “Nah, I’m more of a leg guy anyway.”
💭 And the worst one… “How do I do it the right way?”
That last question is a trap—a slippery slope straight into the abyss of analysis paralysis. And trust me, I won’t bore you to death with deep psychological dives. I just want you to be aware of these sneaky demons.
As an introvert and an overthinker, I fight them daily. That’s why I do everything I can to spread the word—to share tools (or weapons, for a better term) to slay the dragons of perfectionism that keep us stuck.
So, if you’re reading this, I highly encourage you to finally post that piece of content you’ve been sitting on. Because the truth is, you never know how it will perform.
In my latest YouTube video, You’ll Never Know Until You Post…, I share examples of content I hesitated to post—videos I doubted would do well… and yet, I found myself wrong time and time again. Some flopped. Some blew up. But none of it would have happened if I hadn’t hit publish.
So, put aside that perfectionist nature.
Yes, use your strengths and keep improving your quality, but don’t let that stop you from moving forward.
Because at the end of the day… you’ll never know until you post. 🎬🔥
